3/2011 NFL Mock Draft: 6-10

Note: each mock draft is reset monthly.
6. Cleveland Browns LB Von Miller
Although a guy like Robert Quinn is another guy they can take here and their LBs are better than their DEs, Miller is such a dynamic player. The Browns will have a hard time passing up on him.
7. San Francisco 49ers CB Prince Amukamara
Although this may seem a small reach at first, the 49ers really need a cornerback. Nate Clements gets burned far too often, and the mediocre Shawntae Spencer is set to become a free agent. Even if Spencer stuck around, CB would still be a need for this team.
8. Tennessee Titans QB Cam Newton
Newton should never be a first round pick, and I would only draft him in the 3rd round. However, I know a team will be desperate for someone like him, and the Titans like raw and athletic QBs like Newton. After all, they did take Vince Young. Keep Young's name in mind too. The Titans don't have a QB- except maybe Kerry Collins- after the whole Young fallout, so they have to take somebody. That somebody will be Newton, much to my dismay
9. Dallas Cowboys DE Robert Quinn
Quinn is far too talented to pass up on for the Cowboys. Although Stephen Bowen is good and Igor Olshansky is solid, Dallas could use another guy in the mix. Marcus Spears is also there, but I would still take Quinn. He is really, really good. Bowen may also become a free agent, and either Olshansky or Spears could be cut.
10. Washington Redskins WR Julio Jones
Although Cameron Jordan is definitely worth taking a good look at, the Skins are far worse offensively. Santana Moss is the only productive receiver- he's still going strong- but they need someone opposite of him and someone for the future. Jones is that guy to help out McNabb. Jones is really talented and could bring some bite back to the Redskins O. They won't be completely helpless anymore, but they won't be a solid unit either. They have a lot of work to do on the O-Line, and as much as I love James Davis; I don't think he's the answer and can be a feature back on a team.
